well. since u already got into such good company, they shoulda give u some advice on how to arrange ur activities after work. these big companies should have lots of benefits on their employees, including some suggestions on arranging "off-duty" time. buta...working and ur leisure time shouldnt have any conflicts...try to finish everything during ur job period, ur employer dont give u any pays after work :D

during your leisure (if you have any, if you don't then its a problem and decision only you can help yourself with), do some exercise, spend time with your family or just take a holiday every few months to clear your leave! hope this helped

I have met the similar situation as you now. But I d like to advise you to have some sports in the off-duty time, do massage to relax yourself, singing in KTV, go to the park with your family, or go to see a movie. or you can make friends here, then you can chat on line, anyway, so many options, have a try,don't let the work bury you!

Basically, if you only wanna to keep your body health, you can try to do aerobics and gym. These exercises can train your muscle and extend your stamina. On the other hand, you can sing in KTV bar without drinking alcohol if you prefer relax, also good for your body health. Otherwise you can travel with your friend to enjoy the adventure. Lastly, you can only stay at home to get inspiration from the blue sky.
