how to post picture?

i have some question about posting picture and what forum i can post the picture.Can i copy and paste or i have to link picture. i read the guide forum but i don't understand.
PS. what rate about picture i can post

You can post any rate of picture as long as its within the forum rules.

i read the forum rule in newbie post but everytime i posted i will decrease my gold point.and i don't understand the reason.Please translate rules in newbie post forum in english.thank you.

upload your picture to photobucket.com or tinypic.com then post the link here with img code[code][img]http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z52/sexinsex/cj7.gif[/img][/code]If you doesn't like photobucket or tinypic just google for  "picture host" or "picture hosting"

Is that possible for you senior guys upload some instructions with pictures to explain how to post the picture. That will be much appreciated.
We want to make contribution to the Forum. However we can not do this without knowing how to load pictures properly.

0KB txt file. I just rename it to melonlad.jpg.

i could study  it easier.

i thinks there's section for the trial of pic posting. you can get help there
