Can I use Bitcomet or Thunder when I'm in the US
1. Does bitcomet download the adult movie from SIS quickly or slowly?And what about Thunder and emule?
2.Can I enter the SIS website in the US more quickly than in China?
3.How can I download BT quickly in US?

Well as foreigners care more about copyrights, they probably won't use things like BT or Emule, or any P2P ways of downloading, which decreases your speed. http download may be better.
I don't know whether it's more quick or not visiting SIS from the States, but it must be a lot better without the GFW in China

U can check your ISP and decide whether U should got a proxy

I've tried E-mule and Bitcommet from my aparment and the speed was rather quick with rate 600kbyte/s.. My ISP was INSIGHT.

I envy you guys about your bandwidth 600kbps.Thats too much i am in Africa and i get about 26kbps and i am happy because i think my bandwidth is fast.By the way bro i will recommend Thunder for you because it support http,ftp,Bt,Emule and some other stuffs.

My speed with Thunder can be as fast as 900KBps and BT is about 600kBps. But my ISP is a small local cable company, so there is no BIT cap and throttling. However with ATT or Verizon, you are out of luck since they are have bit cap.

just to addon. if you think your isp is throttling P2P connections the simplest way is to use VPN. VPN establishes an encrypted connection behind SSL security to encrypt BitTorrent and taking out traffic shapers.
