How do you gain points to access the "Http download section?"

I'm having trouble with gaining points to access the "Http download section."  I know for sure it's not from replies.  So if anyone can help, that'll be great.  Thanks.

My fault, took so long to respond.  It's both actually.  The HTTP迅雷成人短片下载区 and HTTP迅雷成人長片下载区 need some sort of points to get into.  Well I don't know how to upload photos here since I don't know chinese, but it said this "您无权进行当前操作，这可能因以下原因之一造成     您不满足访问这个版块所需的条件。
   访问条件: 支持 > 8
   您的信息: 支持 = 0  您已经登录，但您的帐号或其所在的用户组无权访问当前页面。This goes for both the Http sections.  Thanks again for the help.  Hope to see your replies soon.
