Help with Thunder Upload

Guys i have use Thunder for almost two years but i have not tried to upload anything before using thunder.Since this forum requires more replies and posting to earn gold coins.I want upload more things to get more gold coins.Help please :cry

Well if you wanna share anything by P2P, it seems better to use BitComet or simply Emule.
Any way Thunder doesn't seem like a good software for uploading
