u level was too low,just try to get more credit

maybe it is bzc you do not have enough credits

Because of your level.
There's few places here is good for "leveling" BT Promo section.

Just forward sexinsex BT resources to another forum you'll get 20gold coins per forward. Not 100% sure its 20 gold coin/forward. I just assume. If 1 day you can forward to 5 different forums [other than sexinsex, you cannot forward sexinsex resources to sexinsex] you'll get 100 gold coins per title. 5 titles and 5 forums = 500 gold coins.
just doing this forwarding you'll be level 7 in 4 days.
