What is 感谢 used for and how to get it?
I understand that you get 支持 when member click on the red heart on your post
However, i got confuse with 感谢, how do we actually get it and what is it purpose

you gain +1 支持 when you click the red heart and say ty. You can't click your own post.
you gain +1 感谢 when somebody click the red heart on your post.
It's kinda useless at this moment. Only a few section require 感谢/支持[less than 10]
But it looks cool on your stat.

btw.. how is it translated to english? i am guessing it is like "number of thanks" and "times thanked". am i right?

that is right.
You just have to create more topics, especially at download section in order to get more "thanks" from other users.

you could have lost gold for a variety of reasons. some examples are:
1. buying lottery?
2. joining in the football prediction games and most commonly,
3. failing to format your posts or replies in the proper manner.
If you check the stickied threads, there should be one that tells you how to earn points. Once you manage to earn decent coin, everything becomes easier.

each section has its own dropdown. you have to tell an exact one
