how to improve 威望: -4 点 to 0 点?

I not sure how i got this but it is affect my level right now. May i know how can i improve my 威望??

i don't know.
but you can delete your ID, get a new one.
so it become 0~

then can transfer the money to the new account?

Nope, You cannot transfer your gold coins.
Well 1 prestige[威望] = 5 credit[积分]
4 威望 =  1000 gold coins.

If i were you, i won't think about the prestige.
