What is the software they use to reduce movies?

I found some movies in BT section. It is in rmvb format. It is very small in size and plays for 2 complete hours. What is the software used behind this.

If you are staying china now ,you can try SPlayer(射手播放器)。You can search it from google.

man,just try the tool,Avid Media Composer v2.7.5

Avid is a rich tool. Good alternative though real producer is for free of cost.
