I am wondering if the forum needs to hire some people for dealing with the English language phobic thing. or it will be just unfair to those English-speaking people who use this forum.

Well, it can't be said "unfair". Because all in all, this is a website that Chinese guys built and most of the users are Chinese.

However, your suggestion is not bad. You can try to mail the Super Mod asking for a position in this section. I'm not quite sure if there is a requirement of this. But if you want to join the officer group, I recommend you consider this seriously. Cause once you have join in, you can't quit unless you work for 3 months. If you just disappeared within the 3 month period, your ID will be deleted. If you give up after 3 months, the super Mod will take all your salaries off. (i.e. you level will drop to the level before you appling the Mod position)

Again, for all English-speaking users, no matter what section you are now posting, try to write down some detailed sentences that could express your feelings after viewing the contents of the topic.

I don't know what are the exact rules for other sections, but for  Asia Censored Authorship Seed Section, you have to post more than 12 words, and the words you use CANNOT be used for every topic. If your reply is very detailed or is helpful for others,you will get some extra GOLD(say +1~5) if the Mods think your reply is good. You are permitted to reply at Level 1 in  Asia Censored Authorship Seed Section.

Pity, for your text-heavy reply to another fellow user, you would not get any bonus here, because, as far as I see, the Mod of this forum is much of a picky guy than a considerate one. And, I have never seen anyone awarded with a single Gold coins on this ENglish forum.
