Downloading speed sucks these days
I have been using BT downloading porn materials. But these days, the downloading speed really sucks.
I wonder if this was due to undersea fibre that broke in the 9.0 magnitude earth quake near Japan.

It depends on from which country you download,if your movies are downloaded from North America, I think it is possible. However, if you just download them from Japan, it should be the problem of Chinese ISP, but not the fibre optics.

I dont know where the sources were because I do not trace back the route by studying the .torrent file.
Just wonder why.
