Making this site a even better place

For the people who actually check this section, personally I really like this website it's got a lot of great features. However there are many inconveniences as well, like the leveling system is really confusing the new comers can't really use all the great features the website supposed to have, etc. My most concern is this section, looks like there are a great number of us actually bother to read and post in the multi language section and let's face it, this section sucks. What I'm saying is since we all really like this website and cannot post else where, why don't we just make the so call "foreign" section interesting? Let's post funny jokes, great ideas, lines to pick up girls or whatever we can think of. Like what they say be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
