How to get to authorisation to view the pictures section?
Do I have to achieve level 2 to get into the pictures sections. Man i hate it how u have to wait 560hrs until u get to post. What's with that?

New member can't post until 560 hours later, just like some parts of the forum to need higher level to get in. That is because it will avoid something bad to happen. For example, there are a lot of mean people spamming when they have the authority to post. If the forum don't have this rule, can you imagine what is the consequence of the forum?
