How to become level 2 member?

I am now leve 1 member, there is alot of place i still cannot dowload.
How many gold only can become Level 2 member?
I join for about 1 week and i do post for everyday, but still level 1 (not qualify) yet.
How long only can become level 2 member?

50 gold = 1 credit.

You need to have 5 credit to become level 2.

how does the bank calculate interest?

daily, monthly or annum calculate interest?
