Is that any exclusive way to find SIS?

I checked the website such as Cai Hua in china, always change their IP. So they set up a google and yahoo forum group, in order to help the tracker to get them. Is that any similar method or exclusive way for SISer, if SIS change IP address?

If you are staying out of China mainand,you shouldn't have any problem to access SIS by using the main url,sexinsex.net/luntan.
