help i cant activate my email?

can anyone pls help me when i click the link it said. "403 Forbidden

Are you using proxy server to access it?Or you are behind firewall ?

i dont use firewall and proxy server.. the link in the email.. is "http://sexinsex.net/forum/member.php?action=activate&uid=978938&id=aUkaru" is there any link for the manual activation? to enter the activation code? and also i can't even see the message in the email.. because i tried to translate it in google but it said "ð¾´µÄwrecklez£¬ÄúÒѾ­×¢²á³ÉΪSexInSexµÄ»áÔ±£¬ÇëÄúÔÚ·¢±íÑÔÂÛʱ£¬×ñÊص±µØ·¨Â: É·¨¹æ¡£"

I'll escalate to admin,hold on for time being.

The problem should be fixed and no activation required now,you can try to log in.
