I have been here for just several days , don't know how do post pics as fast as i can!! who can share ur experience with us, thanks

Save pictures in jpg or gif format. Upload to free pictures hosting server like:

[url]http://allyoucanupload.webshots.com/[/url]
or
Photobucket.com
When done with uploading just paste the link here in the forum with Discuz code [img]
