How can i post pictures?

How can i post pictures? I posted already but it's not show in the thread..

Save pictures in jpg or gif format. Upload to free pictures hosting server like:
[url=http://www.imgspot.com/]http://www.imgspot.com/[/url]
[url=http://allyoucanupload.webshots.com/]http://allyoucanupload.webshots.com/[/url]
or
Photobucket.com
When done with uploading just paste the link here in the forum with Discuz code [img]

nope i didnt see any picture
picture link u post is [url]http://img299.imageshack.us/my.php?image=feb01dx7.jpg[/url]
goto the site and right click > properties and get the real URL for the picture.

check my reply on top. I downloaded the picture and upload it to allyoucanupload.
when u want to know a link of a picture normally u right click the picture and choose properties to find out the actual link

ok now i am at allyoucanupload.com must i need to save the picture to upload? can i upload by URL .. really thanks for your help here

u need to download and save it on to your computer, when u done with uploading just delete the picture.
