english can use to reply post or not? if i reply at english will cut gold or not? Did english got many rule?

Atually i also can write at chinese BUT i poor to pin yin so everytime when i wan type for 1 reply i need take around 10 mins.sumtimes make me lazy to reply if not because of no gold
