in some section, you can't reply
because the level 2 is needed to reply.

Or you can simply pay some money so that you can reply in most sections

i am level 0, i told me that i have to wait 560 hr for reply

SOME TIME YOU CAN REPLY, SOME TIME NOT, DEPENDED ON THE SECTION AND YOUR LEVEL.

some times you can reply, some times not. depended on your level and the section

more reply,more gold..then you can level up to reply in the sections
