I've looked at some of your replies, they're not generic ones. So, you're on the right track.
Granted you don't suddenly turn level 0, your account will still be there (I think. Still to be confirmed =P)
Refrain from downloading torrent files, etc, while you're working your way up.

I think you will level up if you have money. My level reduced to 1 after I stored some money in the bank.

We are at grade.
I also wanna be "LEVEL 2".

Try to raise your money as quick as possible, once you reach 250, you will sure at level2
